About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior MERN & AI Developer to build and enhance enterprise-grade applications across the full stack. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React, Node.js, Nest JS, MongoDB, TypeScript, and modern AI development frameworks such as LangChain.
The role involves maintaining existing applications, developing new features, integrating AI capabilities, and ensuring high standards of code quality, security, and scalability.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Application Development & Maintenance:
Investigate, diagnose, and resolve issues across React frontend and Nest JS backend applications.
Troubleshoot production issues using monitoring and logging tools.
Resolve defects related to workflows, notifications, integrations, and application performance.
Ensure all bug fixes are backed by appropriate unit and integration tests.
Address security vulnerabilities in line with OWASP Top 10 guidelines.
Feature Development:
Design and develop scalable full-stack features using React, NestJS, MongoDB, and TypeScript.
Build RESTful APIs and design efficient MongoDB data models.
Develop reusable React components following established design patterns.
Extend AI-powered capabilities using LangChain and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Integrate enterprise APIs and third-party services through API Gateway platforms.
Develop campaign management, reporting, notification, and workflow automation features.
Quality & Engineering Excellence
Write and maintain unit and integration tests using Jest and Supertest.
Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards
Maintain technical documentation for APIs and services.
Follow monorepo architecture, modular development practices, and coding guidelines.
Ensure applications are scalable, secure, maintainable, and well-documented.
Mandatory Skills:
9–12 years of software development experience.
