About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Chief Strategy Officer in driving the company's strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, coordinate complex projects, and ensure seamless communication across the organization.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide Administrative Support: Manage the Chief Strategy Officer's schedule, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
2. Project Coordination: Coordinate complex projects, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with stakeholders.
3. Communication: Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, and minutes, and ensure effective communication across the organization.
4. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and databases related to strategic initiatives.
5. Special Projects: Take on special projects and tasks as assigned by the Chief Strategy Officer, such as research, analysis, and presentation preparation.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
2. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
3. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to interact with senior executives and stakeholders.
4. Discretion: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
5. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other productivity tools.
