About the Role
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking AI & Automation Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent automation solutions using artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and robotic process automation (RPA) technologies. You will work cross-functionally to identify automation opportunities and build scalable, secure, and efficient systems that enhance productivity and reduce manual effort.
This is a highly impactful role that combines AI engineering, automation strategy, and software development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, design, and implement intelligent automation solutions to optimize business processes.
* Develop ML-powered automation tools using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
* Integrate AI models into workflows and systems via APIs or custom applications.
* Build and manage RPA bots using platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define automation use cases.
* Ensure scalability, security, and compliance of AI/automation solutions in production.
* Monitor and maintain deployed automation tools, ensuring accuracy and performance.
* Continuously evaluate new tools and technologies to improve the automation stack.
* Document automation architectures, processes, and best practices.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related field.
5 years of experience in AI, software engineering, or automation roles.
Strong programming skills in Python (or Java, .NET, depending on stack).
Experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Microsoft Power Automate.
Experience integrating APIs, webhooks, and databases into automation flows.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and serverless computing.
Experience with BPM tools and workflow orchestration platforms (e.g., Camunda, Apache Airflow).
Understanding of DevOps/MLOps practices for automated deployment.
Knowledge of security and data privacy in AI/automation systems (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
