About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with strong expertise in the MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) and AWS Cloud Services to lead the design and development of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have proven technical leadership experience, a strong architectural mindset, and exposure to Generative AI (GenAI) or AI-powered application development.
This role requires mentoring development teams, driving engineering best practices, and delivering robust cloud-native solutions while exploring AI-driven innovations.
Requirements
Lead, mentor, and guide a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality applications.
Design, architect, and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using the MEAN stack.
Build and optimize cloud-native applications leveraging AWS services.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions.
Ensure application reliability, scalability, security, and performance.
Drive engineering best practices, including code reviews, design reviews, and technical documentation.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, including AI and Generative AI capabilities, where applicable.
Manage technical risks, project timelines, and delivery milestones.
Foster innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
Mandatory Skills:
8–12 years of hands-on experience in software development.
Strong expertise in:
o MongoDB
o Express.js
o Angular
o Node.js
Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services, including:
o EC2
o Lambda
o S3
o RDS
o CloudFormation
o IAM
· Experience designing scalable distributed systems and enterprise applications.
· Strong understanding of:
o REST APIs
o Microservices Architecture
o Serverless Computing
· Experience with:
o Docker
o Kubernetes
o CI/CD Pipelines
o DevOps Practices
Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with Generative AI (GenAI) or AI-powered applications.
Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and integrating AI models into enterprise applications.
Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, or AI orchestration frameworks is an added advantage.
Exposure to data engineering or big data platforms.
Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks such as React or Vue.js.
