About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented International Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. As an Individual Contributor (IC), you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities across US, UK, Europe, APAC, and Middle East markets by selling IT Services, AI Solutions, and Digital Transformation Services.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in cold calling, lead generation, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and end-to-end B2B sales, with the ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities in international markets.

  • Perform high-volume cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads.

  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales intelligence tools for prospecting and account research.

  • Own the complete sales lifecycle including lead generation, qualification, discovery calls, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.

  • Sell IT Services, AI/ML Solutions, Software Development, and Digital Transformation Services to global clients.

  • Conduct client discovery calls to understand business challenges and recommend suitable solutions.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with CXOs, Decision Makers, Procurement Teams, and Business Heads.

  • Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to prepare customized proposals and solution presentations.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and clients.

  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, activities, and forecasting using CRM tools.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging AI technologies.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • 1–3 years of experience in International B2B Sales (IT Services / AI Solutions preferred).

  • Hands-on experience in Cold Calling, Outbound Sales, and Business Development.

  • Strong expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and lead generation.

  • Proven experience in Lead Generation, Lead Qualification, and Pipeline Management.

  • Experience in Email Outreach, Prospecting, Appointment Setting, and Sales Follow-ups.

  • Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Good understanding of IT Services, AI/ML Solutions, SaaS, and Digital Transformation Services.

  • Exposure to selling in US, UK, Europe, APAC, and Middle East markets is preferred.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.

  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently as an Individual Contributor (IC).

  • Strong consultative selling and customer relationship management skills.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience working in an IT Services, Software Development, or AI Solutions company.

  • Familiarity with B2B consultative sales and international client engagement.

  • Experience working with global customers across multiple time zones.

  • Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
